PASTEL PORTRAIT DEMO with GARY SMITH

Gary is the founder of Club Draw; he is a member of PAC and Portrait Society of Canada. Past Vice President of Artist Network Riverdale
Join us & follow along with Gary as he explains and demonstrates Pastel painting via zoom. This event will be a two evening event. First evening Gary will talk about the wonders of using Pastels, & he will do a Pastel Portrait of one or our WGA members present. Gary will be using dry chalk pastels.. Gary is originally from Toronto; but has recently moved to St. Johns Nfld. He has travelled to Paris, across Canada and China.
His work has been collected by many Art Museums through out China; and his murals & commissions have found homes in interesting places on walls of buildings in Toronto, & on cliffs high above the ocean
Gary will also be with us on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023 to continue introducing us to the world of Pastels
